Absolutely adorable home very private huge fully fenced back yard w/ Heated POOL and SPA! 3 Brs/2 Ba, large luxury Master w flatscreen, new gas grill by pool, New everything in kitchen, office area, nice split plan for privacy with open layout, large flatscreen in living room, pool floats, beach towels and cooler available for use, nice finishes throughout.. tons of parking on oversized lot!We love well behaved doggies!

Great house
Our stay was so nice here. The location was perfect. 5 minutes from from Yankee training stadium, 9 minutes from where the Tampa Bay Lightning play, and really close to some great restaurants. We had a great time just lounging in the pool and hot tub too. Would totally recommend this place.

Great house, in a central location, with a wonderful pool.
The house is very comfortable and easily accessible to most of the attractions Tampa has to offer. The only constructive critique I can offer is that the master bedroom is the only bedroom with a tv and neither it nor the living room tv had cable or satellite service- only streaming channels. I know this is the growing trend and I may be showing my age, but I am not quite ready to cut the cord. Otherwise, I strongly recommend a stay at this location. Our host was very responsive and welcoming. The yard was well kept and lush with vegetation and the pool and hot tub were divine.

The house is better than pictured! The layout is more open than photographed, the pool area is really great. House is stocked with everything you need. Definitely would recommend.

The house was in a nice location. The pool and spa were great. The house could use some updates. The furniture in the living room is a bit worn. Ther was a bit of dog hair and dog food we found while sweeping so assume a dog was there the week before? All in all it was a nice place to rent for the week

Amazing place.
Fives stars all the way. Communication with the the property manager was spot on. Any small issues were addressed as soon as possible.... be aware the house only streaming services on the TV. We hope to stay there again soon.

We spent 3 nights over the 4th of July holiday. Very comfortable property. Has everything you may need for a weekend stay! The fenced-in backyard was a big plus for our pooch.

This quaint home is great! It has everything you need, a 3 bedroom 2 bath home with a great pool and spa area. The home is about 20 minutes from the beaches of Clearwater or St. Pete. Has lots of pool and beach items provided so you don’t need to travel with extras.

It was exactly what was posted on the website it was clean and very nice
It was easy and the Katie was very helpful during the process and she talked to me several times and never got mad if I had a question the house is beautiful and I loved the finced in yard and pool and hot tub with a lock on it gave me great peace of mind wish we stayed longer but next time I’m in Florida I.will be renting this property again definitely

Great overall stay, great house that has everything you need for everyday life utensil and appliance wise. Close to SoHo, downtown Tampa, 10 miles away from amazing beaches. Great host for the home as well. Pool is a real treat. Will definitely make this our spot to stay when the Red Sox are visiting town.

Great first impression
Our expectation were high given the cost for 3 days. House was clean. Nice Kitchen and bathrooms. Layout was good. Lots of room for 4 people. Beds were uncomfortable. (Old) Master bedroom no mater what we did (flipped mattress) you roll to the middle. I sleep on the couch for 2 nights. Furniture mismatched which is fine…but white fabric chairs have staining that you would not want to sit on. Spa doesn’t bubble. So if you want to just sit in hot water…it’s fine.

We are a family of 5 (3 boys ages 11, 7 and 3.5) and really enjoyed the space, pool and location of the home. The pool was amazing to relax in during the day. The host was very responsive with any questions we had. Overall it was a great place to stay.

Pool was great and spa. A bit complicated to use but I’m tech savvy. Great breakfast place literally 600 yards from the house. Close to all main things in Tampa. Would definitely make this a usual vacation rental if we come back to Tampa. Grill outside as well.

Great stay!
A few buddies got together to play some golf and get out and relax. House is clean and perfect to relax in the pool after a long day on the course. It’s close to the airport, close to the casino and close to downtown - overall great value and great place to stay!
