If you are looking to have a great time in the sunshine state, we have the perfect place for you. On over one and a half acres of land, in a safe centrally located area, this gorgeous, colonial pool home offers countless amenities perfect for groups of all sizes. Whether it’s enjoying a day in the beautiful large gated yard, shooting some hoops on the basketball court, having a beach day in the crystal blue waters of our pool or stargazing in the warmth of our fire pit, this house has it all, AND THAT’S JUST THE OUTSIDE. With over 4500 square feet of upgraded everything, this home has the recipe required for creating unforgettable memories with luxury, comfort, and style. 


The interior of this spacious home has been fully upgraded with new appliances and a modern design built for any setting. A few highlights of the home include: 14 beds with enough room to easily accommodate over 22 people, a large master bedroom with a personal entrance to the in-home gym, and large family gathering spaces throughout the house so that everyone can enjoy and feel right at home. Plenty of fun for all ages, as the home also includes a pool table, ping-pong table, foosball table, and plenty of tv’s including a large home theatre setup with a fireplace. 


We would like to relieve some anxiety by ensuring our guests on how we are taking every necessary precaution during this COVID pandemic. This consists of the house being cleaned and sanitized after every guest stay using CDC guidelines. We use premier germ/virus disinfecting agents and sanitizers and our towels, bedding, and sheets are replaced after each guest. Our home is located right next to Tampa, Florida where the number cases is low. Many eateries, bars, and local attractions are allowing guests at limited capacities and all nearby beaches and parks are open to the public as well. We want to put your mind at ease when choosing to stay with us. 


As our guests, you will enjoy full access to the house for you and all your APPROVED guests. We also provide an easy self-check-in with an option for a personal walkthrough check-in with the host if needed. Host will be available during the preferred check in time (4pm-7pm). We also offer 24/7 online customer service via email and the host is also available for any assistance or questions via phone or text. 


This quiet neighborhood is located in a safe, family centered area that offers a stunning ambiance where a stroll, at any time of the day is both appealing and alluring. 


Our home offers maximum convenience as it is located only 1.5 miles away from grocery stores, a huge mall, and a variety of restaurants and bars. Ride share services such as Uber and Lyft will be quite affordable as all services are in close proximity to the house. Major highways such as I-75, I-4, and I-275 are right around the corner making it an ideal location.

Great property, enjoyed the stay. Two issues: 1. No cable TV, only RUKU streaming service provided. This dampened the experience of not being able to view Live and Local TV programing...especially for the NYE count down. 2. No extra bedding, sheets and comforters provided. Also, would have liked more towels.

House was perfect with plenty of rooms, beds and bathrooms. Conveniently located from TPA airport. House was clean and check in process was easy. Swimming pool and Blackstone grill were a bonus. Family Fun!
My whole extended family stayed in this house for my sister’s wedding week. We had 5 families with all ranges of ages. We loved how many bathrooms there were! We never had to wait on anybody else. There were also plenty of bedrooms and 2 bedrooms that they kids could stay in. The kids loved all of the activities that were available. They enjoyed swimming in the pool, playing basketball, and playing ping pong. The management was quick to communicate when we had questions. We had a great time!

Renting this beautiful house was the best decision we've done. Its beautiful, clean,spacious, lots of bathrooms. Everything you need this house has. We felt like being home how clean and beautiful. Had families from different states come down for my son's wedding tbis weekend so getting this place was great we all got to spend lots of time together the children got to enjoy their cousins ❤️ i will recommend it to all my family and friends. PERFECT for our youth camp!!
We had such a good time in this house! it was the perfect amount of beds and kitchen and seating areas -we had our youth group there and they played all the games and they loved it! we enjoyed the griddle in the backyard and the living room was the perfect size for our Bible studies it was just awesome- we felt very secure with the gate and then the location was perfect

Friends getaway to Tampa and Siesta beach
We used this house for a friends group reunion. There was 15 of us and this house was more than large enough to accommodate us. Plenty of space and games to keep us occupied. The house was clean, has a swimming pool and a large back and front yard. We drove to Sarasota, over an hour drive, to one of the most beautiful beaches ( Siesta beach) in USA. The propert manager was quick to respond and was always available. We plan to come back again!

I stayed in this home with me and 16 other ppl. We are apart of a skate club and came down to Tampa for MLK weekend to attend a skate event. We had such an amazing stay. The house was roomy, clean and beautiful. We weren’t able to enjoy the pool because it was a bit cold but we were able to enjoy the basketball court, pool table and gym in the home. It had clean towels, sheets and was filled with most of your necessities. The only down fall is that the website listed the home like it had more beds then what there exactly was. On the website one room is listed as having 6 single bed and 3 bunk beds in one room but it’s really 3 bunk beds that equal 6 single twin beds. Overall a great stay, the owner was quick with responses and easy to get a hold of and we look forward to staying in this beautiful home again.

We came down with a group of 12 and could not have been happier with our time here. Space was large and very accommodating. Property manager was attentive and very easy to work with. First we want to thank the owners for extending their home and the hospitality they provided. This was a great property for my family of 20 . We needed a property to accomodate out of town family members for the weekend for a memorial service. It was the right home in the right area of town. The home had the best space for the children to run around and play and be safe with the complete closure of 6' foot gate around the property. The bedroom and bathroom spaces was ideal for our large family with plenty of extra space to move and sit around for the large gatherings without feeling cramped, inside and outside the home. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of activities to do ie foosball, pool table, games, basketball hoop, campfire. However, there were a few improvements to note: there definitely were not enough bath towels and wash clothes for my family and what was there was too small. Secondly, the pool was a big plus for our family but the water was extremely too cold for most members to enjoy, even on hot days. The neighborhood was good, however, the last night there was a neighbor that for whatever reason took issue with us and that wasn't okay, since we've booked for five nights costing over $4,000. Here are recommendations for a better stay, House keeping: 1) Bigger bath towels and wash cloths to acommodate large families (we had to purchase extra) 2) Heated Pool 3) Establish a report with neighbors for paying guest YES WE WOULD RENT AGAIN!

You can tell this property was recently refurbished on the inside, so it has a nice, modern appeal and is very spacious (inside and outside) with tons of room to spread out and host many people. The property also came stocked with more firewood than expected, but unfortunately less towels than expected. I was unable to find any surplus towels and the ones that were readily out and available weren't that big either. Otherwise, it's a perfect stay for a large group of people, with many amenities to keep the whole group happy and comfortable!
