We visited in February we had good weather in the week we stayed, so was surprised that the water in the pool was freezing. I was surprised at the limited pool space given the 5 star rating and the fact that the pool area was very basic looking. "Beautiful hidden gem for a 2-3 day stay. The only recommendation is to have more options on the menu for lunch and dinner because it is pretty much the same for both. The waiters are very friendly and respectful and made our stay great. The hammam is excellent and good value. The place is great value on a whole. My second visit and it was as enjoyable as the first. "

"Staff were very helpful arranging taxis etc. It is a very tranquil setting and loved to return to the peace and quiet after a busy few hours in the Souks. It didn't appear very busy but that might be because of the layout of the riads and tentes scattered around the grounds. Lovely gardens and opool area/ Rooms were a little dark but I think that was the nature of them. Good breakfasts and meals; in fact there was good service at all times. "The hotel does not exist!!!! We went to the indicated place and there was no hotel. When contacting the number on the booking we were told that the hotel was sold 1 year ago and no longer hosts people, she said she had no agreement with hotels.com. 5pm NYE we were stranded in the Agafay desert and had to sleep in the car at 5 degrees outside!!! P.s at the time the hotel was still available to be booked the same night on hotels.com and other platforms. Thanks for ruining our new years trip. "

"Accomodation was far better than i expected. Its a new property. Staff were friendly. If i remember his name was Yaseed. He took care of our requests. The other guy came to me to show me shop nearby. Flat had a fridge, over, kitchen utensils, washing machine... Huge space for a family. I am really impressed with my stay. The flat was at Palmier near to a pizza shop called Cucina Napoli. And also walkable distance from Palmier clinique(if someone wants to get taxi from Railway station). Thank you...
