"This guy needs to communicate with guests better. I requested how to get in the day before, then twice the morning of my arrival. I didn't hear from him until 2:30 pm and check in was at 3. I was in Braga at that point and had to go wait in a cafe until I got his email. (It was raining) When I showed up at the place, a couple was outside trying to get in. Then later, after I returned around 8 pm, another couple was outside who couldn't get in. I let them in."

"This property is close to so many great resources and is not a bad walk to the central space and old town of Braga. There are lots of college students out late at night but they were fine. We felt 100% safe at all times and loved the convenience of this location. There is no elevator so be ready to walk up stairs. It’s a small but very comfortable space and great balconies."

"Notre séjour a été trés dur car les fènetres ne sont pas isolées donc nous avions le bruit du traffic dans la chambre et en plus un clic cloc d'une plaque d'égout. "Great location. If you want to walk, this is the place to do it. Beautiful and historic. Very clean but bed very uncomfortable. We also had little or no service during our 8 night stay. We had to find clean sheets and towels midway through our stay and change our on linens. If you don’t mind doing this, you’ll be okay. If you want service during your stay this place won’t make you happy. But again, locates phenomenal!"
