"The location across from parque la Carolina and the property were what we had been looking for. Security and lobby area were managed well. The condo unit had an ideal view of the area. Our only issue was that it was dirty around floors. It appeared to have had a party before us and not cleaned well."

"I am really appreciative of Isidro being a super helpful, courteous, kind, and respectful person. His property was very spacious, clean, with great amenities. "The location of this property was amazing and allowed us to enjoy so many parts of the city. Wonderful restaurants, cafes, along with the park were all in walking distance. The duplex was spotless, had beautiful city views, comfortable beds in addition to great amenities like a balcony, a 16th floor gym/terrace and underground parking. Yamile was the perfect host and went over and above to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Clean! Modern! Safe! City Fun!"

"El lugar sucio e incómodo. La bienvenida fue buena. Pero un día después de irme el anfitrión me dijo que quería tener cosas conmigo, dos dias antes había tenido relaciones con el del cuarto de la par y ahora resulta que me está acusando de robarle dinero, que le robe dinero de su billetera y entre a su cuarto. Creo que esto es una forma de estafa muy fea. Muy arrepentido, pensé que por ser un lugar humilde no se prestarían a esto. NO LO RECOMIENDO. "

"The manager and owner are fantastic. They helped us with so much and sent a driver to collect us at the airport. The house is super secure and we felt right at home. "Didn't realize this was the same horrible "management" as for prior stay, so endured same horrible property conditions again. Much equipment didn't work, NO attempt to fix anything, rude "help", no airport meet as promised, no change of linens after 2 days, (as promised!). I'd never stay at any of these "Suites" properties in Quito ever again & strongly recommend all these be avoided, so they don't ruin other people's trips as they did mine."

"The location is very good. However, the owner's response to problems with TV and internet speed was not great. The internet speed was extremely slow and never got it resolved after multiple complaints. Of course, can't stream TV with very slow internet. Had to go across the street to send emails and/or get some work done. Owner basically left it to me to communicate with service provider. I will not stay there again, much better options elsewhere !"

"It was a pretty good stay. Quito is going through some power outages (due to the drought), so we had power off a lot of the time we were there at the property. But that's not necessarily the owner's fault -- everyone in Quito is getting their energy cut right now. Overall, it was a good deal, located up in a relatively safe area (in the financial district). I'm not sure I'll ever be in Quito again, but I'd definitely consider staying here again if I did. ~Jon"
