"This is a beautiful property typically used to house students at Clemson University. Apartments are like new as this complex was just built a year ago! The room is clean and the pool is gorgeous and there are restaurants and a bar onsite! The docks are very nice to enjoy the lake views as well. . I have just two constructive criticisms that would have made our stay a little more comfortable; the property manager only provides one key fob for use at a unit that sleeps 6 people.
