We enjoyed having parking and the amenities, with washer and dryer, dishwasher. AC worked great and ceiling fans in the rooms are helpful. Property was well maintained with watchman opening/closing property gate no problems. Would stay again.

Complex and grounds/setting are beautiful. Unit itself is in disrepair and communication with Vacasa (both local and corporate) was awful. Conflicting info., untimely or no response, unsatisfactory option to move to a different unit (9 miles away) when our AC went out, told the AC couldn’t be fixed while we were there (though it eventually was). Well-worn furniture (tears in couch cushions and blinds), dirty floors, stained pillows and towels. Disappointing.

Perfect location with easy access to playa Langosta surf spots. The condo has a great view of the ocean and the people working the front gate did an awesome job! We will 100% stay here again.

Beautiful Unit and Location - Lousy Management
We have stayed at this location, Horizontes Del Mar, in the past and have loved it. This year we stayed in a different unit that was similar to our past stays ... but the central fan in the patio (where spend the most time) did not work. In fact is was rusted and looked like it had not worked for some time. The pull chain was broken which I assume was from previous renters who had tried (and failed) to get the fan to work. Despite daily calls and emails to the management (Vacasa), the fan was never repaired and other than repeated emails confirming that they were preparing or had submitted a service ticket, we never heard from the Vacasa management ... and no service representative every showed up to repair or replace the fan. We paid a premium price for an ocean view apartment with a patio. Without a working fan, the patio was simply too hot to enjoy. Without use of the patio with the ocean view, the entire experience was tarnished and the premium cost of the unit was highly over-priced. We contacted the Vacasa management every day for 6 days - with no service response whatsoever. On the 7th day we left. We asked for a reduction in our rental costs but also have not heard any response back. In short, our experience was poor at best and extremely disappointing. Due to the lack of communication by Vacasa, our only recourse at this time is bring a small claims legal suit against Vacasa to get all ... or a portion of our rental fee back.

BEWARE MOLD infested house
I tried to call the minute we walked in but no response The ceiling had a huge crack with mold all around it. The AC vent was covered in mold The house smelt so bad The light fixture in the guest bathroom was hanging from a wire with dust and sheet rock everywhere The toilet in the second bathroom was broken and the actual seat broken as well I tried multiple times to get ahold of someone but noone ever called me back On the day before we left they texted and said they would give me money back and 2 weeks later still nothing This place is a scam be careful

Condo is very spacious and patio is large with beautiful views. Pool and grounds were very well maintained. Condo does need serious upgrades, appliances and furniture are old, but bed was very comfy!
