"The food was way too expensive for someone just staying at a hotel. We had to either walk or drive to find reasonably priced food. It was 12.00 for one little airline bottle in the mini bar. I can by one of these for a 1.50.....really guys?? The staff was great and treated us very respectfully."

This hotel is a business and your client base and the building itself could turn unfavorable very fast if it continues as is.. Nice area would be ashame to become an eye soar both inside and out.
