The property definitely did not meet our expectations: especially the accommodation. Don’t know where to start : Loose electrical wires - inadequate plumbing : old outdated and almost impossible to get a medium hot shower The hairdryer did not function and looked really dirty and no alternative was offered and its fitting on the wall was loose . The mattress was the most uncomfortable I have ever slept in and after 4 nights my back is in pain . The terrace door did not lock so my wife really was feeling unsafe and when we spoke with reception the acknowledged the issue but said all rooms had the same issue . The noice despite the hotel being more a a quiet family hotel was really bad as you could hear the people talking both from the other room but also coming from the outdoor through the terrace door. The small fridge was making a lot of noice. The breakfast was poor as: No orange juice, very little sweet options and most were dried up unappealing biscuits like the cold very hard mini churros . Also the breakfast room was too small so we had to wait for a table .Why not use the outdoor space more and surely people would enjoy that more. Only positive was the friendly waiter who served us in the bar pool area who was really kind and helpful. The pool area is nice and with a bit more investment and commitment from management this could be a nice little family hotel but surely not a resort as the name Coral beach resort misleads you to believe.

Fiquei decepcionada. Reservei quarto com varanda vista mar e nos colocaram no vista jardim. Quando fui procurar informações da situação, fui informado que tinha recebi um quarto maior e que nos colocaram nesse por estar com criança. Contudo vimos muitos casais com criança da mesma idade, em quartos com vista piscina ou vista mar. Ou seja, não foi nos dada a opção de escolher um varanda térrea vista piscina pelo menos. A limpeza dos quartos deixa a desejar pois vimos teias de aranha e poeira, bem como encontramos uma cápsula de comprimido embaixo da bancada de escritório ( com o risco do meu filho pegar e ingerir sem querer). O que achamos bom: a praia ser bem na frente é muito próximo das barracas da orla de Tamandaré.

O hotel é muito lindo, a praia de frente para o hotel é incrivel. Mar calmo, parece uma piscina. Estrutura e alimentação ótimas. Boa localização. Unico ponto é o chuveiro do quarto, saia pouca agua. Sinalizamos mas disseram que nunva ninguem havia reclamado e nada fizeram. Deu pra tomar banho mas nao estava incrivel. Voltaria mesmo assim

Hotel muito bom. Praia maravilhosa. Quarto limpo e confortável. Café da manhã razoável. Estacionamento fora da propriedade. Apesar desses dois pontos negativos(café da manhã e estacionamento), no geral, foi uma estadia muito boa.

Hotel muito bom, mas precisa atenção na manutenção
As acomodações do Hotel são excelentes, precisa melhorar um pouco na atenção as manutenções pois ficamos em um quarto que a porta da frente estava com a trava quebrada e durante e ficamos com receio de alguem entrar. Quase aconteceu, pois como os quartos são bem parecidos e não tem numeração na frente, um hospede abriu a porta enquanto estavamos deitados, descansando. Foi uma situação constrangedora para ambos que poderia ser evitada se a porta estivesse com tranca.

O hotel é lindo, a praia em frente é super tranquila. A comida do restaurante é muito boa. Meu quarto era espaçoso, com uma varanda com vista para o mar e para piscina, lindo demais! Mas o diferencial foi o atendimento. Eu viajei sozinha e fui muito bem tratada por todos, sem exceção, com muito carinho e respeito. Não sei o nome de todos, mas deixo aqui registrado pela atenção que me foi dada pela Nathalia (Reservas), a Tatiane que fez meu Check in e Check out e o Ricardo (acho que é esse o nome), que era o mensageiro. Mas todos me trataram muito bem, desde o rapaz do jardim, manutenção, até todos os garçons e recepcionistas. Recomendo e pretendo voltar em breve!
