"The Room are spacious, clean and fresh. There are lots of moths, insects on the wall and on the floor. We need to cook our own breakfast, only eggs, hotdog and margarine and cooking utensils are provided. The Breakfasts are very limited, everyday the same thing. The staff are friendly. We may consider in staying Dear Dino again, if we want to travel to Cameron Highlands. Thank you. "

"This hotel’s location is good, walkable distance to center of Tanah Rata. The garden is nice and the staff is helpful but there are a lot of down sides of the place: - They don’t even provide soap in the toilet which is really inconvenient for people that are staying in shared bathroom rooms like us. - the room was full of mosquitos because there is no aircon and the windows don’t have nets. - the room and all the property was cold. - the room was really really damp and smelled bad. "We have an unhappy check in experience, we follow all the instructions that provided by owner but unable to access the smart door. We have contacted the owner more than 30 times and around 1 hour and from cloudy to raining but no answer. We have feedback the cleanliness of the comforter but there are no reply from owner. The light of the carpark room was no function and we need to open the gate and smart door in dark condition when we went back from dinner. We found cockroach at the bathroom...
