"I would not recommend this property for booking. I had back ache from sleeping on the bed. I would not even bother calling it bed, it felt like sleeping on the ground. There were no plates provided, no proper utensils available and NO microwave. For the cost, this place was pathetic. The owners did not even give correct or proper communication regarding the cost to parking. We were charged different pricing all the time. I understand that ants are out of their control but i believe it should be treated. Finally, I don't think it's difficult to provide handwash. Overall, we regret using this facility."

"We love the Tudor! It was so beautifully decorated for Christmas when we visited in end Nov. Felt like we are in European hotel. The staff we met are all friendly and helpful. We stayed in the duplex room with the attic and it was a nice experience sleeping in the tudor attic. We will certainly visit again!"

"Everything was really good, from the initial greeting at check-in to the efficiency of the check-out. The staff were always friendly and helpful. Our only criticism was the bass noise coming from the club next door. While this is not the fault of the hotel, it was difficult to get to sleep on our final night. Very clean and comfortable room. "
