##The villa
Located in the Hautes Mers district between the marshes and the bocage, on the edge of the remarkable natural area of the Payré Estuary, Villa Les Hautes Mers is a modern villa of 170 m² offering a pleasant setting all year round, thanks to its comfort, its equipment, its large garden with trees and its spacious rooms.
Inside, a large, very bright living room houses the lounge, the TV and numerous seats for reading or resting. This space communicates with a dining room and a semi-open, fully equipped kitchen. The latter has a 4-burner hob, an oven, a dishwasher, a large fridge, a storeroom and all the utensils needed for cooking.
Its four bedrooms, including two master suites, offer 8 to 9 beds for your stays with family or friends. The four double beds are 160x200 and there is a little single bed in addition in one of the rooms. Baby equipment is also available. Sheets and towels can be provided on request and at an additional cost.
Wifi is available throughout the house.
Outside, you will rediscover lazing around the swimming pool, heated from May (depending on the weather) and available until October (still depending on the weather), in the shade of the large trees in a 1500 m2 garden. You will have several outdoor lounges, a summer kitchen and a petanque court to enhance your stay.
Its location, on the bocage side, only 1.5 km from the ocean and 2.5 km from the beach of Veillon, is ideal to fully enjoy a stay by the sea. The numerous cycle paths allow you to get around by bike or go for superb walks along the coast.
