"An overall fantastic stay. 2 drawbacks. 1. I was sent instructions by the hotel while l was on the airplane. Then l didn't know anything was sent. They should send entry instructions right after you confirm your identity. I confirmed my identity the day before. 2. I had no idea that this was a no contact, self service hotel. I didn't see it on the booking form. If this is stated on the link they provided, the information was in Finnish. Maybe there are ways to know if it is contactless...

"Excellent place. It was spacious. It was clean. it was safe. There was a small issue about getting only one towel and one pillow for 2 people... And they couldn't help me get any more after I contacted them. that was a bit disappointing but we made it work somehow. I also contacted them 2 other times about luggage storage and sauna hours and they answered me right away on the chat...So communication was excellent and informative "

"Great location. Very quite. Simple room, good to sleep. The reason I am not giving it a higher rating is because the bathroom stank of sewer. Might have been one of the drains (p-trap not filled anymore?), as the bathroom itself was very clean, but this should have been caught by maintenance. "

"There were no free parking spaces when we arrived. I booked this property mainly because it included parking. Apartment on topp floor with no elevator is not convenient for travellers with heavy cases. Early morning noise from trains kept waking us up."

"The kitchen was disgusting. All surfaces, cupboards, appliances and utensils were dirty and sticky and it was obvious that none of it had ever been properly cleaned. We have eaten out every day because of it. Also the temperature in the appartement was hot, the airconditioning / thermostate did not work."

"This little flat is perfect for two people or a small family. It's got a one bedroom and a comfortable sofa that turns into a double bed. The small kitchenette is perfect for small meals - with refrigerator, stove/oven, toaster, and kettle and all of the needed kitchen utensils. The location is absolutely the best part! "Loved how close to the heart of Helsinki this hotel was. Loved the aesthetic of the place and the view I had from the hotel. The staff at the hotel were also kind enough to allow us an early check in since we had arrived earlier than expected. "
