"This property was convenient to Old Town Annecy & walkable to restaurants & shops. It was extremely difficult to find as local traffic was awful & so many 1-way streets. The area outside was quite loud. Our room smelled like stale smoke although it was listed as smoke free. The breakfast was delicious!"

"2 Grand parents 3 grand children We took the appartment for 12 !! # brilliant - bike rides ,tennis,walking, Sunset Beach Restaurant a short drive lovely staff even better food at extremely reasonable prices The only problem was the outdoor pool ( open until 30 Sept) was closed And rthe uindoor pool- open all year round was also closed A big disappointment for the kids -a bit less so for me !!"

"When it is 30 degres outside, it'll be 35 degres inside... no AC and poor quality fan. Mold in the bathroom and bathtub in horrible condition. If youre looking for cheap accommodation at a low cost, go for it. The property has a great potential but poorly managed.. and no one can help you friday after 12 and during the weekend. No opportunity to get an extra fan or your bathroom cleaned. 1 star all the way."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our second visit to Chalets de Joy this year. The property is new, immaculately clean and spacious apartments. We love that the residence has the facilities of a modern alpine hotel, with the space and convenience of your own apartment. For winter ski lift access however, it is a 5 minute walk down a relatively steep hill with your ski equipment. We decided to drive down to the gondola instead, which was a little disappointing as we were not expecting this. "

"Being that my stay was in June, it was very difficult to find transport to and from without my own car. Limited front desk hours (ability to check in) also made this more difficult to coordinate. The beds/pillows were not comfortable, BUT, the space was excellent. I was there to hike and enjoy the scenery and I did. "View from the apartment was absolutely stunning. The apartment was comfortable, modern, and well equipped, and spacious enough for two for a week. Nice big bathroom with two sinks! "Modern, clean, comfortable. 10 min walk to Rochebrune ski area, shuttle bus runs every 20 mins to the centre. It stops around 730pm so you need to walk back but it's a lovely walk. Supermarket is in town so if you don't have a car, make sure you time it with the shuttle bus. Great comms with host."
