Other things to note
Cell phone service:
Service is very limited in the community. Wifi is provided!
Neighborhood:
There are other homes close by. Many properties are seasonal cabins or campsites, and many are occupied year round. Please be respectful of noise during nighttime hours and be cautious of speed limits.
Lake:
Access to the lake is within walking distance or a minute drive. Parking is in a large gravel lot off of Flats Road. A sandy beach area for swimming is next to a concrete ramp for kayak launching. Remember this is a private lake for use of the community only, please be respectful to our neighbors!
Community roads:
Your drive up the mountain will be steep and windy. Enjoy great views along the way. Best to arrive during daylight hours for your first time. The road turns to gravel when entering the neighborhood. 4WD is not needed.
Groceries/Stores:
Our community is located on top of a mountain. There are no stores close by, but a 20-30 minute drive to towns of Maryville (for Walmart, Kroger) or Townsend (IGA, local markets) for groceries or camping supplies.
