Terrible Owner
I don’t even want to start talking about if again .. go ahead and hire a cleaning crew before you leave or she’ll charge you for every wrinkle in the sheets or dirt on the floor. And she locked us out so beware.

Spacious, Clean and Serene
It was a great place to gather with friends for a college reunion weekend. It was spacious, clean, serene, and nicely decorated. It would be great for a family with kids. Communication was excellent with the hostess. It was only 20 minutes from the FSU campus. It is close to I-10 so it was convenient from multiple directions. There is a Walmart nearby and restaurants not far. Beds are memory foam and comfortable. We all said we would stay here again. Parking is a little tight. Two cars fit in the driveway. A third car will have to park on the street.

Beware
We made the reservations for this property in Sept 2023 paid in full. We had contact with the property manager via VRBO text 3 days before our Feb 11,2024 3:00 pm check in time, we were given our access code information. We arrived at the house around 7:00 pm. We are a family of 6 with 3 adults. First off the house was completely dark, we had to use our cell phone lights to even see the house number. All three adults tried the code to enter the house. It was dead bolted. We did not have a direct number to owner so had to use VRBO texting. No response so we contacted VRBO. After explaining the situation to VRBO we were waiting on response from owner. During our call to VRBO the owner text back to inform us that the house was not ready due to a problem caused by the previous renter! But I will give you a refund! Unbelievable! Needless to say we were left hanging and had to scramble to find a place to stay for the 6 of us. VRBO does not help with this! We have requested that this owner be removed from their listings due to their failure to inform us earlier in the daytime hours of the situation with the house. You can not depend on this house being ready for your visit.

Graduation Weekend
We stayed here for my daughter’s graduation from FSU. The house was very clean, well decorated and incredibly comfortable for our family. The kitchen was fully equipped which made cooking a pleasure. The host was easy to reach and very flexible. Great weekend in Tally!
