This is on of the best stays I have had bringing the family for a work trip-mini vacation. We I go back to Tallahassee for work I hope this property is available.

The house was perfect for staying in during our daughter’s FSU graduation weekend. Comfortable spaces, clean, nice indoor and outdoor space, close to campus if driving and great communication with the host! Thank you for making our weekend special!

Clean and Cozy
Host was communicative and instructions were clear. The house is very cozy and clean. Towels and sheets were all clean and felt fresh. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped. Overall we had a very nice weekend, attended a graduation and spent time with family.

Comfortable and convenient
The townhouse was very well equipped with everything we needed for a long weekend. We were even allowed to check in a bit early. Just fyi/ no shampoo or soap nor hair dryer, so bring your own! TVs in each bedroom upstairs and in living area made it easy to crash in evenings with favorite streaming channels. Close to Publix and eating out off 319 was nice. Outdoor space could use a little touch up- we used grill but no broom or rags to clean sitting area. Anyway, we had a nice stay.

Classy Tallahassee is RIGHT!
A group of 4 bridge playing ladies actually wanted to "escape" the beach life for the "big" city of Tallahassee. We found the most wonderful place to stay, ever! This property was the cleanest, most centrally located, loveliest home we could have ever wanted. We were able to play bridge inside as well as outside on a great enclosed patio, overlooking a well-maintained and quiet oasis of garden. The furniture and huge TV were brand new. The beds were so comfortable and you didn't have to fight with the pillows! The Ashton Woods area was so nice and we were able to get everywhere we wanted to go in just a few minutes. You could not get a better location or a better home. The kitchen was spotless and the bedrooms were very comfortable. The four of us, all 70+, cannot wait to return for another stay. It was the best of all worlds at Classy Tallahassee!

There is no finer endorsement than a repeat stay. This was my second time enjoying Classy Tallahassee, and again it didn’t disappoint. This home is spotlessly clean, fully equipped, in a lovely and quiet residential neighborhood, and close to all conveniences. It also has four smart TVs, an Alexa, and great Wi-Fi. I particularly like this home for its easy accessibility for my elderly Mom who uses a walker. She’s able to enter and easily move about the entire downstairs. She had a hankering for steak one night so we decided to grill. The grill grates were clean and ready to be used, there was propane and a back-up tank, and quality grilling tools. It’s the attention to details like these that make Classy Tallahassee a standout. Even things like the availability of plastic wrap and foil, k-cups for the Keurig, salt & pepper, and napkins…good quality pots and pans and dishes…plenty of utensils…it all helps make a stay so great! I prepared homecooked meals every day for my mom and lacked for nothing to pull off great meals. I had everything I needed, just like at home. The communication from Evolve is great, and Stacy, the local contact, is responsive and provides excellent customer service. Truth be known, this home is so perfect for my needs, I check its availability before I book the next visit to Mom. See ya next time Classy Tallahassee!

Amazing!!
We came down for my daughters graduation from FSU. There were 8 of us staying and this place was perfect! We had plenty of room, all the amenities you could need, all tucked away in a nice quiet neighborhood. The home was so clean and comfortable. We all had an incredible time and Stacy was so helpful and kind. I HIGHLY recommend staying here, don’t waste your money on a hotel.

There were 8 of us in Tallahassee to settle my brother’s estate. We came from Ohio, North Carolina and Georgia This house was perfect. The setting was perfect ; tranquil and beautiful. We were able to have needed conversations and eat our meals together . We would never have been able to accomplish this in a hotel setting. We were totally at home and comfortable in this clean and well maintained home. Our family is very grateful for the opportunity to stay in this home and handle the things we came to take care of.

Beautiful home, great location, awesome amenities, but... 1 smokey problem
This home was the ideal size, in a great neighborhood, with upscale amenities and close to everything. We had a once in a lifetime trip visiting our son at FSU. All that said, there was one immediate problem from the start. Whoever stayed there before us smoked a lot of marijuana. We immediately notified the property manager and received the response "I'm sorry I tried to get rid of the smell". I understand the property manager can't control everything tenets do. But a heads up would have been nice. By the 3rd day, we managed to air out and Febreze enough to bring the "skunk" odor down to somewhat tolerable. Other than the smoke issue, I have nothing but nice things to say about this stay. I'm deducting 2 star for cleanliness for the smoke and 3 star for not letting us know in the communication.

Classy Indeed!
Classy Tallahassee is an excellent, well-maintained property. I'm grateful to the owner who allows it to be enjoyed by out-of-town visitors like me. The home is spotless...and it had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Stacey, the local contact, was very responsive and helpful. The home is in a lovely, quiet, residential neighborhood. The views out the windows into the backyard and over the pond are lovely. Sunrise and fog over the pond...beautiful. Expecting a drip coffee maker I arrived with ground coffee. However, as it turns out, the home has a Keurig. Thoughtfully, there were coffee pods available. Such a lovely and appreciated a surprise. Thank you! One nice plus about this house is its easy accessibility. My mom, who gets around with a walker, was able to enter and maneuver throughout this home with ease. Having a bathroom on the main floor was a bonus too. I will definitely stay at this home during my next visit to Tallahassee.

Great Space
Super cute townhome with crisp color scheme was spacious enough for our party of five - three adults, two teens. We spent a lot of time in this home because our kids (one college, two high school) were remote learning from 9-4:30 everyday. Neighbors are friendly. Neighborhood is safe - walked all around the area including trails further away from the townhome. We were visiting family on this trip and were 7-15 minutes from everywhere - restaurants, grocery, Big Easy Snow Cones, Lofty Pursuits, Tallahassee Museum, fast food, other restaurants. Really a great place overall. Only con was two of the four chairs in the living room were pretty dirty/stained, but we just threw a sheet over them. Everything else was clean though. Did not use the outdoor space, but it was lovely as well.
