Welcome to Kay Avenue Golf Villa #3. Spacious 3 bedroom condo centrally located with beautiful views of the 15th green on Hilaman Golf Course. 4 miles to FSU Stadium and 3 miles to The Capitol. The condo is updated with new furnishings, linens and completely stocked kitchens and has a washer/dryer. You will appreciate the comfy hotel like setting with great artwork and modern lighting. The condo is perfect for a football weekend or stay during committee weeks or legislative session. Weekends require a 2 night minimum stay.

FSU football weekend
Place was functional, easy to find, host very easy. Overall very clean, except upstairs bath a bit older so couldn’t tell if just stained or unclean. Very quiet
