Great Spot
We had a great stay. The view of Mt Denali and the Alaska range was incredible. My family and I enjoyed looking through the awesome photo albums in the dining area. Overall very clean, comfortable, and convenient property that we’ll definitely stay at again!

Fantastic
This was the perfect location for four of us to get away. The property was an easy drive to Talkeetna and surrounding areas and offered excellent views of the valley. Would stay again!

Beautiful Mountain side cottage
The cottage was beautiful and spotless with so many wildflowers. You can see Mt. Denali from the deck. Gorgeous views!

We enjoyed Whitney's cabin for three nights. Everything was exactly as described and perfect. Whitney was very responsive to questions and could not have been more hospitable. We will be staying there again!! Thank you for a wonderful stay Whitney!!!!!

We greatly enjoyed our stay. The view is awesome and it is so peaceful. Would suggest the shower be improved by adding a shower head and that it be noted this is a very small shower.

Great cabin
While we didn't see Denali (rained the 2+ days we were there), the cabin was nice. Glad we brought drinking water as the well water had a strong taste. If you plan to cook and are staying a few days, bring tupperware/baggies/ saran/foil etc for leftovers. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Lovely property with a gorgeous view. Host was very helpful with our rescheduling our flightsee due to weather issues. Short drive to Talkeetna ( 10 min ). Cabin was for our small group.

This property is amazing. It’s clean, comfortable, has lots of character. And the views of Denali and the Alaska Range on a clear day provide life long memories. Whitney is supportive and helpful (thanks), and the property rocks. Cannot recommend Denali View strongly enough.

Overnight stay after Denali
We had a quick overnight after a long day in Denali. Super cute place - it was rainy but I imagine the views are gorgeous with clear skies from this house. Glad it stays light so late- great instructions but not helped to have some light to guide us. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay !

The view was beautiful even though it was overcast. We did not see Denali, but the leaves were turning in the valley below. We would definitely stay there again. The only downside to this property is the bathroom is downstairs and the two bedrooms are upstairs.

Another Great Staycation
Our family had rented 2 cabins. We were celebrating 3 generations on Fathers Day 2023. We have stayed here before and already have another trip planned in September. This is a great destination summer or fall. We can’t decide which is better so we come both times a year. Host is fantastic and has quite an adventurous story. Love staying here. Thanks Whitney!!!!!

Wow, the view
We stayed for 3 nights at the cabin. The back deck views are beautiful, but we only had views of some of Denali on our first night. Clouds obscured the views the rest of the time. The cabin was rustic but comfortable and clean. Nice that you are close to town and some hiking trails. There were 2 cons. One was the smell of kerosene from the heater the other the tiny bathroom and very small shower. Overall if the heater were repaired we would stay again.

Cabin was clean. Beds were a little uncomfortable. Showers were short. You might want to bring your own water for drinking. We were able to see the northern lights and full view of Denali. Awesome views!! It’s worth the stay!!

Loved it!
I would highly recommend this rental, the view is unbeatable. The only complaint (and it's minor) was that the water system is on a well and we ran out of water and was not able to shower, even after following directions to conserve water. But the locations and view made up for any shortcomings. I would not hesitate to stay again!

Wonderful
We stayed two nights. The view of Denali from the back porch was spectacular! ( 60 miles away as the bird flys). We feel so lucky to have seen the whole mountain! The beds were comfortable, the cabin was clean, and the kitchen was sufficient for our needs. Talkeenta was only a 10 minute drive, and the Denali NP entrance was about 2.25 hour drive. The owner described the property accurately. We had a very pleasant stay!

Talkeetna House
The property met out needs for a one-night stay. It was very clean and the view was amazing! The only other information I might add was both a pro and a con. The vegetation around the house was beautiful, but it also was a mosquito magnet. We literally had to run to the car to keep from being swarmed by them. I know that Alaska is famous for mosquitoes, but we traveled from Fairbanks to Homer and didn't have any problems with them except for this location.
