"I arrived late and the guy rang to confirm that all was ok. Limited parking but the guy on reception told me where to go. Bathroom was not just clean but shining! Breakfast buffet was good. Overall, the place was quiet and comfortable. "

"The location is excellent. The bed was super soft. The only issue was the heater, which didn't seem to be working. We called reception, but no one picked up the phone. It was the end of the year so we were expected to find a few staff. But over all it was good."

"The staff was superb. We, having been in France for 3 weeks prior to our arrival had quite a bit of laundry. The staff, took care of this for us at our arrival and we received our clean folded clothes the next day. Nothing beats this location as the rear of the hotel puts you right in the center of a pedestrian street lined on all sides with cafes and restaurants as well as the entry to the Chateau Amboise. "We have stayed here several times over the last few years as it is very convenient for us travelling between the UK and Southern France. Last year we thought it was looking a bit 'tired' but pleasantly surprised this week to see it has had a refurbishment so all looking new and fresh again with better facilities. Would have liked a toaster in the breakfast room though."

We stayed in the family two-story suite, which was not only perfectly suited to our family of four but also an absolute delight. The spacious layout, thoughtful design, and playful charm made it an unforgettable part of our stay. The hotel’s thoughtfulness was truly exceptional. Prior to our arrival, we mentioned that it was our daughter’s 10th birthday. To our delight, they surprised her with a beautifully crafted chocolate dessert and a charming stuffed animal, creating a magical moment that touched our hearts.
