"Nice and clean but the washer stopped working "

"Overall, this property met our expectations. It was clean and the host was responsive to communication. It is also very remote, but the location is lovely. However, there are a few minor things that could use addressing: 1) The floor air vent covers move easily, allowing someone to step right through the hole in the floor.2) The toilet seat needs to be fixed or replaced as it moves quite a bit.3) The bunk beds make a good deal of noise, even with small children sleeping in them. "The cottage was wonderful, clean, and cozy. The owners went above and beyond to assist in any way and were super friendly and warm people. The view was awesome and being able to tie our pontoon boat to their dock was a great plus! Will definitely be returning in the future! "

"We have rented many VRBO properties over the years and I can say this one rates in our top 3 favorites (#1 for accommodations and communication with host). We wanted for nothing. This place is beautifully decorated, exceptionally clean, and while the photos are current and provide a good description of the house, they really don't do it justice. It is so much nicer in person! "Our family of 13 had the best time. We didn't do the touristy things, we just visited the area around Cosby. This home has so many fun things to do we didn't really need to go anywhere else. The home is exquisite with so many amenities. Our group ranged in ages from 78 through 14 and there was always something to do. The pool and hot tub were great and everyone enjoyed them. "The property was very nice inside and out! Beautiful location! The neighbor's dog likes to do his business on your lawn on a daily BTW but it didn't affect us unless we are charged for having a pet on the property, LOL :) "
