"We had a very comfortable stay, the property was very well presented. The beds were very comfortable & the showers were amazing. We were only there 2 nights & wish our stay could have been longer. "We booked this hotel online because of its location to the national park, and because it got such good reviews. We were shocked when we arrived and saw the condition of the rooms! Positives: *very nice staff *excellent coffee bar *good breakfast Negatives *This place is tired! It needs a major renovation. They've clearly put more effort into maintaining the outside than the inside *Our room was not very clean. There was debris on the floor and dust on the furniture. *The shower leaked so much that there was a huge puddle on the floor after every shower and we had to use our ration of towel to mop it up. *The room decor was hokey with fake rock wallpaper and some weird paper on the wall above the bed meant to evoke... not sure what. We were happy to check out - although we did greatly enjoy our time in the national park and some nice dinners at other restaurants."
