"The property has nothing renovation. We had stinky room and broken exhaust fan in the bathroom. Quality of toiletries were worst ….I used their body lotion and it was like chalk mix..had no glycerin even. Poor maintenance and not for value at all. This property should not have daily rate for stay more 1000 Rs per day. Pathetic resort ..ruined my holiday. "

"Room and bedding not clean. Bathroom is terrible. Staff responsiveness was ok. Food was sub par. For the amount of money they charged, it was not at all worth it. Expedia should drop them from their list."

"Brilliant product, even better service. After a long time i found a hotel that could raise the bar of service to another level. Not a single miss, every single person that we interacted with went above and beyond to help us make our stay fantastic. For all our next trip Postcard hotels it is! Thank you Kartik for being a great host, the fnb folks for great food and conversations and Jassu bhai for all the stories of Sasan… Postcard changed my belief that any hotel can be better than the Oberio…...
