Villa Jai has been designed in a sleek contemporary Thai style with a blend of rich teak wood features, comfortable furnishings, whitewashed walls and distinctive art collected by the owner over the years. The lavish living spaces are arranged in a series of sea-view pavilions, each with its own unique charm and style.

Beyond the grand entrance is a beautiful garden courtyard nestled between a fully equipped modern kitchen and a family room with plasma screen TV and DVD player, comfy lounge seating, office desk and bar area with wine fridge. Hidden below is the home cinema and games room with a projector screen, surround-sound, library, snooker table and soft-cushioned sofas, the perfect place to get together.

Forming the heart of the house is the luxurious ‘Great Room’, an elegantly furnished living and dining area that seats 10, with lofty ceilings and vast sliding glass doors that open directly out to the spectacular outdoor area. Villa Jia also comes with its own private chef on hand to cook delicious meals for guests. The chef specialises in traditional Thai cuisine and seafood, however, a suggestion menu of Western, Asian, vegetarian and children’s dishes will be provided. Guest requests are accommodated as far as possible (including special diets).

This six-bedroom villa sleeps 12 guests comfortably; the spacious master suite features a queen-size bed, a large bathroom with his and hers sinks, bathtub and rain shower, as well as garden and ocean views. There are two queen-bedded rooms with large bathrooms, outdoor black granite tubs, rain showers and his and hers sinks, as well as a further queen-bedded room with garden view, large bathroom with indoor bathtub, his and hers sinks and shower.

There are also two twin rooms  (convertible to king) with their own large private bathrooms. Each contemporary bedroom has a unique sense of Thai charm, and all have been furnished beautifully and to the highest standard, providing a luxurious private sanctuary for guests.

At the heart of the villa, accentuating its contemporary open-plan design, there is a stunning 25-metre infinity pool as well as a separate shallow pool for children. The surrounding poolside deck is furnished with chic sun loungers and offers unparalleled sea views.

There is a fantastic dining bale with seating for eight, where guests can enjoy delicious alfresco meals prepared by the in-villa chef, as well as a separate beachside relaxation bale, ideal for a sunset cocktail. There is also an additional veranda lounge and dining area, providing guests with plenty of outdoor living space; even at full capacity, this villa will feel spacious.

The vast beachfront lawns are perfect for outdoor play, and the villa also comes with two kayaks. Just a few steps beyond the villa’s outdoor area, Natai Beach beckons with its white sands and sparkling blue waters. Located within the exclusive Sava Beach Villas estate, just moments from the glistening sands of Natai Beach, a peaceful strip of sand to the north of Phuket, Villa Jia is ideal for small families or groups seeking seclusion and endless sunsets.  The villas offer a tranquil hideaway in a rural setting but are only an hour’s drive from the buzz of Phuket’s beach resorts and less than half an hour from the island’s international airport.

Natai Beach is perfect for paddleboarding, kayaking and swimming and The Aleenta and Iniala Beach resorts, both just along the sand, offer award-winning dining. Should you crave a change of scenery, a stroll down the beach or a short drive will bring you to a choice of local seafood restaurants and fine dining at the Iniala and Aleenta resorts.

Guests can cycle along the coastal roads of the Natai Beach area and explore the lush rural landscapes with coconut and banana plantations and buffalo herds. The beautiful Phang Nga Bay is directly accessible from the villa itself, and the Raya Islands, Similan Islands, Koh Phi Phi and more are all within an easy day’s sail.
