"Spacious home with room for all. Weather was very hot when we stayed and unfortunately the only air con unit, in the master bedroom, was very noisy so we didn’t use it. Lovely outlook and deck."

"This adorable mini-farm is located an easy 30 min drive from downtown Auckland and a super quick 7-10 min drive to a town that has everything you need! The hosts were attentive to our needs, yet gave us privacy. They provided several breakfast options in the kitchen for us to have daily and plenty of local suggestions for great restaurants. If you are looking for a central place to explore the north island. Do not hesitate to book this fabulous place!"

"What a wonderful stay! We loved every minute! Jennie was an incredibly welcoming host and we felt like we were at home so much we actually DID NOT WANT TO LEAVE! Absolutely recommend! Every nook and cranny of the house and property have something to pique your interest and at the same time force you to relax and appreciate the beauty of Waiheke and of nature in general! "Have stayed at Barclay 3 or 4 times over the years and I’m not sure I’ll return again. The property is very run down, more like a motel level of furnishings and overall condition (broken door stops, carpet sagging/rolling). Good location and spacious when travelling with a group."

"Location was perfect, clean,accessible to everything. May walk to sky tower and grocery. We had a 3 bedroom suite with kitchen , living room, balcony and 2 bathrooms. Staff were friendly and helpful. Excellent place to stay."
