"I have never stayed in a worse hotel in my life. The stentch in the rooms, horrible bathrooms. No amenities pretty awful. The politeness and service of the Japanese people made it better but it was pretty awful. I wish we could get a refund or a voucher. We thought of leaving but it was too late ! "

"The room was perfect for big families, my kids had lots of fun with the numerous safari themed soft toys in the room. The hotel is also within walking distance to a convenience shop (Lawson), restaurants and the Osu Shopping Street! The staff were very welcoming and helpful as well, thank you to the team at Goldstay Nagoya Osu!"

"We were a family with young children and stayed for 4 nights. The hotel itself is great - the size and amenities available (they have a whole range of baby items and other handy items that you can request for FOC) is unbeatable in Japan. However, the location of the property itself is in a seedy area, amidst rows of very colorful nightclubs. On the first night, we were awoken at 2am by a fight but otherwise we got back by 8.30pm every night and never felt unsafe."
