Lovely Bright Room with balcony
I really loved this establishment.It had a nice bright clean airy feel about it.Also it was well located within walking distance of the shopping centre,park and seafront. The only negative aspects were that there was not a lot of tourist info available in English ... so come prepared.Also it is in close proximity to the flight path of the local Taiwanese fighter aircraft base so be prepared for a bit of noise BUT do not let that put you off because otherwise it is a great place to stay.

服務加強
建議老闆要提供牙膏牙刷和刮鬍刀，我們這輩子第一次遇到還要投錢用10元買，老闆會不會太小氣了，然後廁所抽油煙機實在太吵了，並且娃娃可以不要放三隻眼睛的毛怪嗎？感覺很詭異不是每個人都喜歡，既然是凱蒂貓房間就用凱蒂貓娃娃，最後希望老闆能在民宿服務加強，一點服務的感覺都沒有，也沒提供任何台東好玩的地方，以上建議麻煩老闆改善，謝謝。

朝日別墅的網頁跟實際上看到差很多，覺得被騙 讓家人都很失望。 原本家人之前住的房間都會打卡，但朝日別墅真的讓我們不敢打卡

民宿老闆相當有禮貌且和善。我們三樓的房間，大約有三四個燈，頂端的環天花板的白燈壞掉。天花板的板子沒有鋪平整。我們訂的是雙人房兩人入住，但是只有一條大浴巾 一樓公共空間很寬敞

床單有血跡 仍有毛髮 而且成張被套呈泛黃色 剛好只有我們入住 可以在容廳聊天遊玩 民宿的主人知道我們到了 很快便到門口讓我們進去 但我去的日子下雨 導致覺得離市區頗遠 附近沒有宵夜

整體來說不錯，主人親切，停車位比較少但附近算好停，房間大，隔音尚可，離市區開車約5分鐘，星期日有四維夜市走路可到，1F沒有冷氣是最大敗筆。

網路上的照片跟實際的環境差很大 廚具、茶具、飲水機都很髒 房間沒有冰箱，住4樓的客人真的很不方便 房間的陽台好髒，好像很久沒有打掃，陽台又沒有桌椅，房間陽台做啥用？ 已經告訴民宿主人我們要到了，還是要我們到了門口打電話給他，才慢慢的出現...... 民宿主人只給了我們地圖鑰匙，從此消失了...... 民宿不包早餐，可以再次提醒客人嗎？早上起來，等不到早餐的出現有點慌亂...... 冰箱沒有冰塊還要自己動手做，真的有"家"的感覺 住這裡倒不如住背包客棧！！！
