"Upon check in, I lined up for my term to check in and was ignored when a couple walk right up to the counter and was helped before me. I didn't want to make a big deal out of it but I was clearly there first and the staff saw me waiting. Anyway, once check in, my room 711 had a slight hint of cigarrate odor.
