Le propriétaire sait se rendre disponible en cas de question, il est très réactif. Pour le ménage, c'était correct mais pas très affiné. La prise en charge se passe bien grace aux explications transmises par le propriétaire. Nous garderons un très bon souvenir de notrnotreséjour. "

Voisinage tranquille, accès au centre ville a pied, belle promenade autour et a l intérieur des remparts. Ville centrale pour visiter les Charentes comme les deux Sèvres Je recommande vivement , merci a Josiane et a son mari de nous avoir loué votre maison pour ces 15 jours."

"Fantastic property. Well equipped with beautiful pool and spotlessly clean. Host superb in communication. One if the best properties we have stayed in. A little off the beaten track for amenities but no problem as supermarket about 10 mins away. However if you want a relaxing, calm holiday this is definitely the place to go."

"We enjoyed a perfect, relaxing holiday at Lydie and David's beautiful house. The photos really do not do this house justice - it is much bigger than you expect - lots of 'extra' spaces with seating, including a mezzanine with desk and futon, so plenty of space for teenagers to spread out . We were only 5, but there would be plenty of room for 8. It is decorated to a high standard - very tasteful and comfortable. "No word from owner on getting keys in days leading up to arrival despite him saying he would contact us, so we assumed he'd be there to meet us. Not so; he wasn't there. Eventually found keys and gained access. House is pleasant but feels unloved; several lights broken; landline ("for emergencies") was disconnected and hand set broken; don't know if heating system (supposed to cut in below 20 degrees) actually works, There's loads of possible local cycling (boulangeries, fromagerie, honey...

"The property is very nice and well equipped but could do with new pillows on the beds. We enjoyed our two weeks stay in the house. There were a couple of problems we encountered. The key safe was extremely difficult to open perhaps needs to be looked at and the other was the neighbours dogs pooing frequently in front of the garage. Having said that none of these issues spoilt our stay and would recommend."
