"The property and staff were absolutely amazing!!! Easily this is the best property I have ever stayed at and the customer service is the beat I've ever experienced. My children loved the property and our room. We stayed in the Coral Suite Twin room which was massive. It came with Japanese pajamas, and keepsake flip flops and tote bag. This hotel was truly something special."

"Amazing hotel, in an incredible location. Property was immaculate the whole way through. Room was modern, really spacious, had a lovely balcony, was well laid out and extremely clean. Staff were so polite and helpful. Best buffet breakfast I’ve had in a long time. There was a huge selection and the food divine! Pools were amazing, and loved all the additional facilities, rain shower, spas, swimming costume dryer. Everything is so well designed and maintained. Would definitely stay again and...

"This property and staff working here are AMAZING! Made a last minute reservation after my original accommodations were highly disappointing. The staff went above and beyond to make my check in and stay easy and enjoyable. The room was clean, large, and the view was the icing on the cake. If you’re looking for a place to relax and enjoy the beauty of Northern Okinawa, this is the place to stay. "
