Check-out instructions

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Reattach the bear fencing and turn on the power.
Close and lock all windows. Close the curtains. Turn off the water heater. Unplug the power strip for the TVs and players. Leave bedroom doors open.
Follow the list posted on the bulletin board and on the back of all bedroom doors. Wipe up any spills. Place all trash in the bear bin and securely lock it.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Quiet hours 10 PM-8 AM. No visitors or noise after 10 PM. No weapons, underage drinking, illegal substances, smoking or vaping inside or out.
Require Guest Agreement and photo IDs for guests over 18, sent with Welcome Book Part 1. Part 2 sent after we receive the contract and IDs.
TOT taxes apply to rent and fees. Follow rules in Welcome Book and the check-out list on back of room doors and the bulletin board.
