Nestled on a quiet street in a desirable Tahoe Vista neighborhood, this house will make you experience the real Tahoe. Majestic evergreen trees surround the area, birds are chirping away, and the sun fills rooms as it goes from east to west.

This is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom house that is just joining the rental market after full renovations in bathrooms, kitchens, and fresh paint throughout. Kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite countertop. Large living room has enough space for everyone enjoy and play board games provided (or the ones you decide to bring with you), there is also a junior living room next to dining room. 2 fireplaces will allow for a gathering around one and a book reading by another.

The house has place to park up to 4 cars from November 1 till May 1. Additional parking allowed on the street from May 1 till November 1. 50 AMPs EV charger at the house.

Hot tub in the fully fenced backyard, and away from it all, will allow you to relax and bring those sour muscles back to skiing or hiking condition.

You will start your daily trip with a great overlook of Tahoe, and this view never fails to impress. With the ski resorts in both directions, the house is only minutes away from Northstar, Alpine Meadows, Squaw Valley and others. Casinos are nearby for those who feel lucky during vacation. During summer time, the beaches of Tahoe Vista, and Kings Beach are in close proximity, and Tahoe City is a short drive.

Pets are welcome and the house has an enclosed fenced backyard. You can bring up to three (3) maximum number of pets with you. Please, add a $35 one-time pet fee to your reservation for up to 3 pets if you are planning to have pets. Thank you!

Home away from Home
My boyfriend and I stayed here for several days. We loved our stay. The house is well laid out and spacious. Our two dogs loved the backyard. We enhoued the hot tub, bird watched and exercised on the hill. We will definitely be back.

Easy Winter Stay
The house was as listed. 3 BD 2.5 BATHRM with a bonus room.to stretch out. Completely fenched in yard for dogs. Great heater downstairs which as long as the bdrm doors were open pushed heat upstairs. Close to lake and snow play.

Loved the place was amazing. We did clean up a lot of dog poop from previous people but we had kids playing so it was mandatory. No other issues at all. We would come back for sure and it was perfect for a big family

The house itself is dated and a bit shabby. The highlight however, was the big, fenced backyard, where our dog could run. However, as people, we wound up checking out early because the dust/dander triggered our allergies.

Great stay at this rental. Owner very responsive. The only advice I have is to label the light switches...hard to find lights to each area. Also note, there is no central heat in the upper living room . Fireplace is lovely in there and the space heaters - but good to know if planning on sleeping up there in the cold months. All in all a great trip!

Family getaway.
Large home for a family of 4. 3 bedrooms downstairs that have a queen in two rooms and a bunk bed in the third. 3 bathrooms in the home was very convenient, two bathrooms with showers downstairs and a restroom upstairs. Large living room with comfortable couches, kitchen had everything we needed. Large deck in front of the home and a nice deck in the backyard as well. Bbq was clean and so was the jacuzzi. All together the home was what we expected, other than some needed TLC on the deck, we washed all the blankets and bath towels when we arrived using the washer and dryer in the garage because they smelled a little stale. We took our own laundry detergent for the same reason but the host did also have some on hand as well as other items in the home. Out family enjoyed the home very much and appreciate the opportunity to be able to. Thanks again

I would stay again
First off, thank you for sharing your home with my family and I. We enjoyed staying in the Tahoe area and miss it already. Very nice upgrades can be seen made to an older home. A good selection of decor to complement the mood of the house. A couple 'heads up' to those contemplating about staying at this house. 1. Washer/dryer are located in the garage. We had trouble looking for this for some reason? 2. Internet password and user ID was sent to me via e-mail however on the posted version on the wall, it had not been updated yet and still had the old information which caused a lot of confusion. Suggest updating this posted version as we referred to it a lot during our stay. 3. The first couch in the first living space when you enter bottoms out when you sit on it, badly. We have a family member with chronic low back pain and when he sat on it, it startled him much as he guards his back much. 4. Jacuzzi does not heat up >89 deg. I wouldn't say the above mentioned are cons of staying at this place. These really are small details that we looked past but hope that they would become handy to anyone who will be staying at the house. The bottom line is we would stay here again. For the $, carries good value. The owner responds promptly to your needs (we communicated solely through e-mail and it was very timely for me). Overall clean house. BBQ was in good working order. We loved how the house was nestled up in the woods and the lake was very close by. Very quiet neighborhood. Parking was spacious. Thank you again and hopefully in the future we have another opportunity to stay in your house.

Had a fantastic weekend with old college friends and a couple of their teenage sons. The property was plenty big to support our group with lots of seating for all. The decks were spacious and the jacuzzi was welcomed in the evenings.

Great yard
We came to Tahoe to mountain bike at Northstar. This house is fairly large and could sleep easily 11 people comfortably. The hot tub was really nice to come home to after a long day out an about. The backyard was huge and surrounded with giant trees and plenty of spaces to roam for the pups. The quickest way to the yard was through the master bedroom downstairs. Overall, it was a great location from the lake as well as trails and restaurants.

Plenty of space in Tahoe Vista
This space was perfect for our November Tahoe getaway! The hot tub was great for relaxing, and has great access right from the Master Bedroom. There's plenty of space for the whole family and a large backyard which was perfect for our dog as well! In the evenings, we enjoyed using the fireplace to keep the main living room warm while we watched a movie on the Smart TV. The reasonable pet fee and departure checklists were fantastic as well. The Wi-Fi coverage was great throughout the home and internet speeds were quite capable, should you need to do any remote-work. I observed 150+ mbps downloads and ~20+ mbps uploads via the Spectrum / Charter cable ISP. Also, we happened to leave a ring behind that went unnoticed, and our hosts quickly reached out to us both via DM and text message before we got too far down the hill. We were able return and retrieve it without any issues. Thank you for the wonderful stay! We'll definitely consider coming back to the space for future visits!
