Charming cabin with a stunning view of the lake and a convenient location.

The cabin is great for winter renters as it is close to Palisades and Homewood. And the national forest neighboring the house makes for amazing sledding.

During the summer you can start your day with a bang by going river rafting down Truckee River, then wind down with a nice barbecue lunch on the deck or walk down to Sunnyside for some dining on the lake. And don't forget all the hiking and biking there is to be done in the national forest and around the lake!

The master bedroom has 2 full sized beds and a connecting bathroom. The other bedrooms share a full bathroom; one room has a bunk bed and twin bed, and the other has a queen. Wake up in each room with a view of the sunrise over the lake.The kitchen has been recently renovated, and the connecting living room has a wood burning fireplace, tv, board games, and a great view

Great place overlooking Lake Tahoe
This was a wonderful property with a great view of the lake, comfortable seating inside and on the patio, and all the amenities of home. Check in was easy. The property was very clean and well maintained, and the location was perfect, close enough to Tahoe City to provide easy access to great restaurants and shopping yet in a rustic setting that gave the feeling of getting away from it all. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful cabin with stunning lake views! Very clean, comfortable beds and excellent kitchen for some home cooked meals…including some fresh fish from our fishing charter. Definitely will stay here again!

Amazing location and view
This cabin was so beautiful, the view of the lake was stunning. We were a very short drive to palisades resort and the host let us change the dates of our stay to accommodate our group of friends. Had an amazing time and would definitely stay again. The house was also equipped with everything we needed to cook our meals.

Great spot with easy access to the slopes
This cabin was set back in a great neighborhood with lake views. We enjoyed the proximity to Tahoe City for shops and yummy restaurants. It was a short 15 minute drive to Alpine Meadows for a few great ski sessions. We didn’t spend much time lounging in the cabin but enjoyed using the fireplace in the evening while winding down. The host was super responsive and everything in the home was easy to use. Overall a great trip

A great view of Lake Tahoe from the spacious deck. End cabin so very private. Clean, comfortable, and everything worked like it was supposed to. Check in and out steps were simple. Easy walk to William Kent public beach.

Amazing views and great neighborhood!
The home was very comfortable - the lake view was amazing and met all our expectations. The house is a bit out dated with respect to bedding, carpet, etc. but the kitchen and bathrooms were upgraded and overall the house was quite comfortable. We would definitely stay again!

Great Stay with a view of the lake
The property is clean and well kept - just what you hope for in a VRBO listing. Close to Lake and Sunnyside restaurant, with a great view of the lake from the deck, the house works really well for our family. The warm living room, large kitchen and dining room, and separate sleeping areas allowed us to spread out and relax. Being at the end of a quiet street, with national forest land adjacent, is a nice plus. All the things you need for a nice stay were provided, including wood for the wood burning stove and starters. Communication with the owner was excellent and timely. Thanks Chinn for the excellent stay!

This property is truly a special one - the West Shore location is perfect for biking & hiking & walking to Tahoe City. The deck is a perfect place to gather for coffee or afternoon corn hole, or just relaxing with a book. We will come again . . .

This home was exactly as pictured. We enjoyed our time at this cute this home. It was clean and well kept and easy to get everywhere. The property manager was super responsive and accommodating to work with us to get in earlier since we arrived sooner than expected on our arrival day.

Wonderful property! View was spectacular . Bedrooms were comfortable and loved the open concept. Deck was wonderful to relax after beach and exploring. Some things like garbage bags, TP and paper towels could have been better stocked. Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. Can’t wait to go back.

Relaxing and Cozy
We had a great time staying here. In addition to amazing lake views, the home was clean, comfortable and cozy. Had plenty of towels for the group, fire starters, and cooking supplies. It was an easy drive to Squaw and Homewood as well. We were able to more than comfortably fit 9 people there for a long weekend. Great time had by all!

Great location
The house had a great lake view and was next to forest land which made for great sledding and views. It is an easy walk to the beach. The main living room and kitchen are open to each other and the game cupboard is very well stocked. The owner is super responsive and answered all of our questions quickly. We had a great visit the week after Christmas. We hope to come back soon!

Nice and cozy cabin
This was a nice cabin, very close to the lake and the snow. It was very clean. The property manager was super amazing and very responsive. My only negative feedback is that it could use a few more pots and the cups need to be replaced as many had cracks. Also it would be nice to have a few more towels. Other than that, the place was nice and I'd stay again.

Overall good.
Overall good, bigger on the inside than pictures made it seem. Only issue I had was driveway. When it’s snowy/icy the driveway is too steep and you have to park in the driveway. Heated driveway needed.
