3. There is NO pier access at this home. Boaters must provide their own mooring lines. Tahoe Getaways cannot provide watercraft of any kind; guests must provide their own means of transport to the buoy.
4. Dollar Point amenities (including swimming pool, beach, and tennis courts) are not available to renters.
5. The use of ANY outdoor firepit or outdoor fireplaces is strictly prohibited at all our rental properties. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping to keep our community safe from wildfires.
