Escape to the beauty of Lake Tahoe this summer and stay at our inviting mountain retreat, just one mile from both the lake and the heart of Tahoe City! Nestled in a peaceful wooded setting, this cozy yet spacious home is perfect for families and friends looking to enjoy everything Tahoe has to offer.

Wake up to fresh mountain air and sip your morning coffee on the deck surrounded by towering pines. Inside, you’ll find a warm and welcoming living space with a stone fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, and comfortable bedrooms designed for relaxation after a day of adventure.

After a day of kayaking, swimming, or paddleboarding on the crystal-clear waters of Lake Tahoe, unwind in your private hot tub, where you can soak under the stars and let the mountain serenity wash over you.

In the evening, head into Tahoe City to explore charming shops, delicious restaurants, and lively entertainment. Whether you’re here to soak up the sun, explore the great outdoors, or simply relax in a stunning natural setting, this home is the perfect summer getaway.



Gather the family for a game of foosball or ping pong, or let the kids enjoy the selection of games.

The home can be shared by two families or multiple couples. Enjoy a lovely home with a view of Lake Tahoe, through the trees, from two decks on the south side of the house. There are 4 large bedrooms and 3 separate bathrooms. The house is private, it sits apart from the neighboring houses with a Nature Conservancy to the east and a Greenbelt to the west.

The Kitchen has been updated with granite counters and stainless steel appliances (including a gas range). The table opens to seat ten with seating for two at the counter. There are two large bedrooms upstairs (both have king size beds) and two bathrooms (master has its own bathroom). There are two large bedrooms downstairs: One with a queen and a double, the other with a queen and a bunkbed (twin over twin). There is one bath downstairs.. All baths have been recently updated as well.

The house is equipped with WIFi. There are smart TVs in every bedroom and one in the living room. Travelers can sign into their favorite Apps with their personal logins and enjoy their preferred shows and entertainment options. For families with young children there is a porta crib and a high chair.

Great house, fully stocked!

This a great house in Tahoe city close to many ski resorts. A group of work colleagues enjoyed the weekend. Plenty of beds and bathrooms for all. The house is well appointed and is fully stocked. Nice beds and linens too. Thanks!

Great Tahoe stay

This house was located close to the lake, restaurants, and grocery stores. We came to ski and it was a short 15 minute drive to palisades. The house is great! We loved watching sunset from the hot tub. The rooms are spacious. Bathrooms are great. We really enjoyed our cabin trip here.

50th Bday Trip

This was the perfect place and experience for our first visit to Lake Tahoe. The house was exactly as beautiful as the pictures online and is in an ideal location to explore both North and South Tahoe. Plenty of of space for our party of 8.

House looked exactly as described in the website. Very comfy, cozy, and equipped with everything. The jacuzzi tub was a plus. There are a lot of stores, coffee shops close by. The only minor thing was the washer/dryer taking a long time and restarting in the middle of a cycle. Overall, our experience was excellent!

Beautiful house and location

This was such a lovely house for me and my family (7 people). The location is perfect - west shore and so close to the lake (26 min walk, 3 min drive) - Sunnyside beach area and restaurant are right there for you. The house was clean and well stocked and you can tell the owners were very thoughtful in making it as efficient and clear for any visitor to have the stay they desire. The balcony view and the hot tub are icing on the cake. Joanne was incredibly responsive and helpful in accommodating an early check out when possible. Certainly hope to book again for the next trip.

Relaxing Tahoe weekend

Rented the home for 8 adults and an 8 month old. House was perfect for our needs. Having a crib, high chair and some toys made packing much easier. We spent a lot of time just relaxing on the deck. Just a short ways up there were well maintained trails out to Paige Meadows or into town. The stroller could even handle them. We made meals and the kitchen had everything we needed. The hot tub must have been replaced because it’s even nicer than the one in her ad. Wish we had gone a little earlier because the Sunnyside deck was closed already but we ate outside at Bridgetender and Chambers. Couldn’t have had a nicer 4 days and the location of this house is perfect for enjoying the west shore.

Great location

I chose this place as it had the best bed count for our group. Beds were very comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and mtn bike and walking trails connect. Hot tub, ping pong and foos ball were a hit. Near town for restaurants and near several beaches.

Great house and location

Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, you can go out on the deck for a view of Lake Tahoe and see mountains in the distance. Large home with plenty of room for extended family. Check in was easy and efficient. Close to town yet far enough away to feel like you are away from it all.
