Central location
If you are looking for a central location this is great. Park across the street if you have a dog-that was great! Pet friendly restaurant very close. Farmers Mkt.(which is seasonal) is also a plus. Small town ambiance was great for us-everyone was very friendly

I loved the apartment - it was perfect and the location was great. Walking distance to shopping and restaurants. When I go back, this is where I’ll be staying.

Fantastic property
Very clean, well stocked apartment. We loved being able to walk anywhere downtown, sit in the park across the street. Parked right outside the door. Seemed well insulated from outside noise but this is a busy area, and may be noisy on warm weekend evenings. We would 100% stay again.

Short Get-Away
We loved staying in this cute, nicely updated apartment! It was quiet and within walking distance to some great shopping and dining options. It was a short drive to the river where we enjoyed a float trip and our daughter was able to practicing driving around the town before her driving exam!

Perfectly Cozy
My spouse and I with another couple (besties) stayed here so that we could float the Illinois River over the weekend. I have to say that I've used this service for several years and stayed at numerous places across the country, and this place by far has been the best! I've paid a lot more money for places that were supposed to be really nice and none of them compare to this little gem. It looks small on the outside, but inside it was the perfect size for 2 adult couples to be comfortable. The small necessities were provided like toilet paper, trash bags, seasonings, keurig coffee and cream, snacks, menus to local restaurants and more. There are a lot of places that don't provide these things. Everything was spotless. Clean, organized, and well taken care of. If we go back to the area, we will most definitely stay at the same place. Great job Ms. Ruth, we love your place!💜

Highly recommend this property! The location couldn’t have been any better. SUPER CLEAN!
We enjoyed the location being so close to the river and all of the great eating choices! Ruth was a great host! We will be back again!
