"Great location, close to Alona beach but you will need a motorbike. Great service and very friendly and polite staff. The room is well equipped: air conditioning, minibar, hot water. Great pool, great breakfast buffet with diverse choices. Laundry service also available with good price."

"The Yellow Mango Resort proved to be a perfect choice on our return trip to Bohol. It wasn't right in the area of busy, hopping Alona Beach but close enough to easily get there if you wanted some excitement. At the same time though it was tucked far enough down a side road to be provide peace and quiet if that's what you were in the mood for. The room was great for the price with a queen size bed plus a smaller twin, ample room, strong AC, and décor that was a fair bit more inspired than the usual Philippine resort standard. Breakfast was included and quite delicious, served in the lobby area that doubled as a cozy cafe slash bar. The pool was a decent size and quite refreshing after a long day touring Bohol. Staff were polite and helpful although there were some instances of miscommunication particularly when they booked us an island hopping tour. The issue was relatively minor though and overall our stay was relaxing. If you're looking for a massive resort with expansive recreation options you'll want to look at the larger (and more expensive) establishments in the area but if a more cozy, laid-back vibe is your thing the Yellow Mango is well worth staying at. "

"A beautiful smaller resort with nice rooms that have great Air conditioning. Two pools and a bar/restaurant. Very short walk to the beach. Great Staff and helpful security. Safe and Clean. Great location"
