"Everything was good with the property & staff The only issue was with Expedia on the intail booking. Because of this me and my family had to stand outside in the snow and cold for additional 2hours because Expedia never completed the booking after they even discuss with me over the phone and confirmedall information is correct and that was it."

"It is our first time at a BW in Lakewood. Not a fuve star but it is what we need for now. The staff at the front desk is very friendly and ready to help. Easy to park your car. Clean room and a comfy bed. Maybe they should be offering at least two free bottles of water/soda on the fridge, since the tap water taste kinda strange."

"I got myself caught and paid for my room before looking at it. I didn’t stay. It’s not in the best neighborhood which is not the hotels fault, but there were homeless everywhere. I walked three feet in the room, tossed the key on the table and walked out. It smelled musty. The hotel itself is old and seems rundown but hey, because I didn’t go check that room first, I was out my money. My fault"

"Staff was great. It is very noisy. You can hear the people in the next room just talking. Breakfast was just ok. "

"Other than a long black hair in the bathtub it was nice and warm ...bed was to soft for us, we are used to a hard bed."
