Come and relax in this newly renovated 5-bedroom house located in Parkland, just 3 minutes away from Pacific Lutheran University and only one hour drive to Mount Rainer.

25 minutes away from the Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium.
15 minutes away from the Children's Museum of Tacoma.

This modern house is 1958 square feet with a fully stocked kitchen, updated lighting, windows, and fixtures. Master bedroom has a master bath and a king size bed. Bedroom number 2 and 3 have a queen size bed. The fourth bedroom has two twin beds with a Smart TV. The fifth bedroom has a day bed with a second pull-out twin bed and a Smart TV. There are two bathrooms with standing showers.

The Livingroom has a wall mounted Smart TV.

Guest can access the entire house.

This yard is still a work in progress. Hot tub and firepit amenities will be coming soon in 2025.
Quiet time is between a 10 PM - 7 AM.
