Our place is in the heart of Proctor, Tacoma with so much exploring, shopping, eating and sight seeing awaits you. With two large bedroom spaces, along with their own full bathrooms, you feel right at home. We have chilled beverages in the fridge, a snack bowl to hold you over until you go grab a meal, books, puzzles, cooking supplies (plus spices) and plenty of coffee or tea for you to enjoy. A classic charming home

This is a great house emblematic of the late 20th century. Perfectly situated to take advantage of everything the Proctor District has to offer, this house offers a quiet getaway that is great for family's with pets.

Cozy Tacoma Home

Very clean and comfortable home. Bedding was high quality and more comfortable than what you would get at some hotels. Host very thoughtful as to what guest may need/want. There were books and games for each age group in our party. Host provided variety of snacks and drinks. Host also communicated in timely matter. Would definitely love to come back and stay. Highly recommend.

My Daughter's Weddingat Point Defiance Pagoda

The property is very close to Point Defiance. I was also able to visit Seattle, the ferry and Bremerton with my daughter, the bride to be, and her friends. There is off road parking and a code to get in the front door. The property has spices and cooking utensils, pots and dishes. It made it very easy to cook a few meals. The beds were very comfortable with plenty of pillows. The shower had great water pressure. I will definitely stay there again. I think there may be a bit of a mixup in the description. It said it sleeps eight and 3 bedrooms. It is a 2 bedroom with room for 4. Thank you so much for letting us stay in your home!
