Each bedroom is equipped with 13" thick memory foam mattress and A/C for personal comfort with large windows. Most ceilings are standard height, enhancing the spacious feel.
The main floor offers one king-sized bedroom, two queen-sized bedrooms, and three bathrooms, a full kitchen, living and dining rooms, and a laundry room, all designed for convenience and easy access with essential amenities.
For an additional charge, Upstairs, you will find one double-sized bedroom, two queen-sized bedrooms, and one bathroom. Each of them has its own keyless entry.

This property offers exceptional value for groups of all sizes, whether for short-term or long-term stays.
1/ Base Rate & Standard Inclusions:
The base rate on the platform includes access to three bedrooms and three bathrooms on the main floor, comfortably accommodating up to six guests, assuming two guests share each bedroom.
2/ Extra Guest Pricing
For groups larger than six, additional guests can be added at $32 per person per night via the platform. For every two additional guests, an extra bedroom will be unlocked automatically, up to a total of six bedrooms.
If five or more bedrooms are booked, the fourth bathroom upstairs will be automatically included.
3/ Additional Sleeping Arrangements
For larger groups, we also provide:
A sofa in the living room
A futon in the upstairs hallway
With these options, the home can accommodate up to 14 guests.
4/ Flexible Room Arrangements
For guests who prefer private rooms for one personal comfort, additional rooms can be allocated as follows:
If each guest wants their own bedroom, enter two guests per room when booking. The system will then unlock additional rooms, up to a maximum of six bedrooms.
Example: If five guests each want their own room, enter 10 guests in the booking to ensure every person has a private bedroom.
