The room was well thought out and extremely comfortable, with everything I needed and would suit for a few days as well as for the overnight. Breakfast was perfect and room service went above and beyond in providing me with suitable containers to take it on the train with me. All staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. I didn’t get her name, positive and friendly brings a smile to your face. Good choice options for breakfast. Facilities clean however the reception area during checkin can be quite busy."
