If I could recommend anything I would add a light that shines on the steps entering and exiting the front door. I called for a plumber not because we had an issue but because the toilet was acting like it was going to have an issue. Prompt response and repair followed."

When I returned to the front desk to ask to move to a ground floor room because of some mobility issues.
