Escape to the Mountains - Family Friendly - close to hiking, fishing & golf

Welcome to your mountain getaway! Spacious house that sleeps 13 with room for everyone to gather and areas to do your own thing. Perfect for multiple families or multi-generational family visits. Main floor primary bedroom with ensuite bathroom works well for older family members.

Two separate living spaces (main and lower level) let the adults and kids have their own space for downtime after outdoor fun. The main level showcases a gas fireplace and a smart tv as well as YouTube TV log in. The lower level gaming area has an electric fireplace and heater, XBox, a TV with a Fire Stick, an arcade style Pac-Man, a pop-a-shot and other games and puzzles for family fun.

High Speed whole house WiFi enabled Internet. You can "work from where you are" in the private office with desk. Or you can relax and stream your favorite shows and movies from your personal devices or from one of the two the TVs with YouTube TV- one smart tv and one with a Fire Stick.

Large wrap-around porch on three sides of the house let you enjoy the beautiful views and fresh mountain air -- and maybe catch a glimpse of the resident wildlife.

Located in the Granby Ranch community you have access to the Granby Ranch ski area in the winter and the mountain biking trails and golf course in the summer. 3 minute drive to base camp for skiing or mountain biking. Community pool and hot tub available for a day pass rate of $10 a day for anyone over 8 years of age.

Stay here knowing you're at an energy efficient home! It is heated with a very efficient Geo-exchange heating system and a tankless water heater so there is no wasted energy. This home ''net meters'' with Mountain Parks Electric from its many solar panels. It scores a HERS Index of 26 and an energy rating of 5+ stars. As with most homes at 8,100 feet, there is no air conditioning, but with the low night temperatures the house will stay cool with the windows open.

House is centrally located to area attractions. 3 minutes to base camp at Granby Ranch with skiing in the winter and mountain biking in the summer. 4 minutes to Granby Ranch Golf Course and 10 minutes to Grand Elk Golf Course. 10 minutes to downtown Granby shops and restaurants, 30 minutes to Grand Lake and Rocky Mountain National Park and 30 minutes to Winter Park. City Market grocery store is 7 minutes from the home.

Two exterior security cameras located at the front door and lower level back door to monitor the exterior of the home record video and sound. Cameras are not continually monitored. There are no cameras in the interior of the home.

Wonderful House
We had the best stay this weekend. Spent time in the mountains with family. Each couple had their own room and the kids had a room. We had plenty of space to spend time together as well as separate when the kids were being loud and the adults were playing cards at the table. Would defintely recommend staying here, especially if you have multiple familys or a big family.

Beautiful House and Location
This is a great house suitable for large groups. We were just a small one, and my kids loved the sleeping loft (4 small beds) so much that they never slept downstairs. That left the three downstairs bedrooms free. You can sled out in the back yard if there is enough snow and there were plenty of sleds in the garage.

Great vacation!
The property was great! Very clean and well maintained. No concerns at all. We stayed there to visit RMNP and found access to the west entrance to the park to be simple enough with plenty of places to eat in Grand Lake. Erin was very responsive and helpful. We had a great stay and vacation.

Great house for a family or multiple families just a sixty second drive to the base of Granby. House is very clean with nice beds and bedding and super spacious. Our family of six had more than enough room between the loft, master, and basement. Loved the well appointed kitchen, pop-a-shot, and many bathrooms! Hosts were super easy to communicate with!

Best property in Granby with Amazing views
This property was by far the best we have stayed in Granby. It had everything we needed and more. Condiments, spices, any pan your heart desires, any utensil you’ll ever need, toiletries provided, no need to bring pool towels, they are provided. Beds were so comfy. The views cannot be beat. Furnishings were great. They have games galore and sleds to sled down the hill on. Communication was great. We highly recommend this property. Book it! You will not be disappointed.

Wow what an amazing house!
The house is great for families. The kitchen has everything you need and more. Bathrooms are great and supplied with soap and shampoo. The kids and adults enjoyed the games every night. The host are wonderful and helpful when you need help or suggestions. Just an amazing place and we hope to be back!

A great place to stay in a winter wonderland!
We had a relaxing, fun extended family get-together in a winter wonderland. We skied (Granby Ranch and Winter Park), snowshoed (golf course @ Granby Ranch), ice fished (Granby Res and Williams Fork Res), and visited The Inn @ Silver Creek's hot tubs/pool. We played games, dominos, and completed puzzles. We cooked three meals (using the grill twice). The house had everything we needed. Erin, your house is an enjoyable place to gather.
