Von A bis Z stilsicher eingerichtet. Sehr sauber und gepflegt. Frühstück ist super. Die Fotos spiegeln die Realität wieder und sind nicht "aufgehübscht". Einen negativen Punkt habe ich. Es gibt keinen Tresor im Zimmer. Nach der Reinigung waren die BT-Ohrhörer verschwunden. Aber das war wohl auch unsere eigene Leichtsinnigkeit. Das passiert in jedem Hotel auf der Welt. Gelegenheit macht Diebe.

Zimmer war ok, aber bei Temperatur in der Nacht 2 bis 6 Plus keine Möglichkeit Zimmer und Bad zu beheizen.In Bad keine seife zum Händewaschen. Wir sind mit eine Erkältung nach Hause gekommen.In Essbereich und Bar verstaubte Ecken und nicht ausreichende Beleuchtung mit fehlende Glühbirnen und Lampenschirme.In SPA Bereich an Schwimmbadrand und Umkleideraum, WC aber auch Zugang zu SPA Bereich stehende Wasser mit hohen Risiko zum ausrutschen.Glastür bei Sauna dreckig und fehlende Ausruheraum nach Saunaganng (keine Liegestühle) und zu wenig Sitzplätze bei Pool. Fehlende Info wie man Sauna richtig benutzt (bei manchen Saunagästen kein Handtuch unter Füssen) Von Personal nur eine war sehr freundlich und kompetent (Frau Gabriela).Ich habe eine Buchung für zwei Zimmer auf Verschiedenen Etagen (1OG und 2OG) bekommen und das Personal war nicht einsichtig es zu ändern was ich nicht in Ordnung finde weil Hotel war nicht voll an dem Tag ausgebucht.,es gab noch freie Zimmer. Ich werde das Kristina Spa nicht weiter empfehlen.

Pokój wygodny z balkonem, łazienka i pokoje odnowione. Śniadanie skromne ale smaczne, na dole mały basen sauna i jacuzzi. Wszystko w porządku, okolica ładna blisko do ścisłego centrum.

Lieber ein anderes Hotel wählen!!
Das Hotel macht insbesondere durch Fotos des SPA-Bereichs auf sich aufmerksam. Vor Ort entspricht der abgebildete Innenpool zwar den Fotos, jedoch lassen die übrigen Bereiche des Hotels zu Wünschen übrig. • Waschbecken im Hotelzimmer hatte einen Sprung und der "Stöpsel" im Abfluss fehlte • Toilettenpapierhalter war locker • Toilettenbürste befand sich in unhygienischem Zustand • defekte Toilettenbrille (Befestigung am Toilettenbecken abgebrochen) • Loch in der Zimmerdecke • fehlender Griff am Kleiderschrank • Teppichboden schadhaft • Silberfische im Zimmer (Bett) • keine Kleiderhaken (Garderobe) im Zimmer, die insbesondere für nasse Wintersportbekleidung vorhanden sein sollten • ausgefranster Teppich im Treppenhaus • keinerlei Informationen in internationaler Sprache über das Hotel bzw. zu Notfallsituationen im Zimmer • im SPA-Bereich war zwar eine Sauna vorhanden, jedoch besteht keine Trennung zum Innenpool, so dass die Raumtemperatur nach dem Saunagang deutlich zu hoch ist; keine Ruheliegen vorhanden, lediglich Sitzgelegenheiten, die auch den Poolnutzern zur Verfügung standen und entsprechend belegt waren • Skischuhe der Hotelgäste wurden auf den Hotelfluren gelagert • an sieben Tagen wurde zum Abendessen als Beilage Kartoffelpüree serviert • keine Reinigung des Waschbeckens und der Dusche während des einwöchigen Aufenthaltes • Betten wurden während des einwöchigen Aufenthaltes nicht gemacht
