"I am a solo female traveller from the UK visiting a poorly friend in the nearby hospital. I hired a car - 14 minute drive and I was there. 4 minute drive to the hospital. Couldn't find a fault, everything was perfect and the view from my balcony was stunning. I will definitely be back, but under better circumstances next time."

"We had the worst experience ever, we booked through hotels.com for 2 nights and when we did the check in later in the afternoon the room was occupied by other people. The manager (Yiota Zagorianakou) of the hotel had to kick the other guests in order to let us in, nice the stuff and clean. The manager didn't know how much to charge us according to the booking and showed me a screenshot that showed ALL my card details including the ones in the back. Later on, the manager started YELLING at us...

"Large home suitable for a family. Traditional stone home. Quiet village, 30 seconds walk to the plateia (town square) with a couple of dining options. Great hiking nearby, including a short hike to the nearby village across the gorge (Karites) walking next to a waterfall. This location is great for getting away, it’s very remote (45 minute winding mountain drive to get to nearest other village, 90 minute drive to get to Ioannina). "
