We regret to inform you that the hot tub at Park Peak is currently unavailable due to a leak caused by continuous use. Our team is actively working to repair it and restore the hot tub as soon as possible. We understand this may be disappointing and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

Please know that we are prioritizing the repairs and will keep you updated on the progress.


Guests will have exclusive access to the 2 bedroom unit, which is the entrance located on the right hand side of the home as you walk towards the home from Park Avenue/driveway. This entire unit is on the first floor for accessibility.

Full access to 2 bedrooms (5 beds total) and 1 beautifully remodeled bathroom.

Living Spaces: Relax and unwind in the spacious living areas, designed with modern furnishings and plenty of seating for everyone.

Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials for cooking and dining, including modern appliances, cookware, and utensils. A dining room table allows 4 to sit at a time

Bedrooms and Bathroom: Enjoy comfortable sleeping arrangements with fresh linens provided for all bedrooms, and fully stocked bathrooms with towels and toiletries.

Deck and Hot Tub: Step out onto the new deck to soak in the hot tub, enjoy outdoor dining, or simply take in the stunning beach views. This is a shared space with our smaller unit but has a dividing barrier to delineate the two deck areas.

Beach Access: Direct access to the sandy shores of Sylvan Beach right from the backyard. Perfect for swimming, sunbathing, and beach activities.
Outdoor Amenities: Utilize the outdoor seating areas, fire pit, and barbecue grill for memorable evenings under the stars.

2 parking slots are available ensuring convenience for guests.
* Note- If guests bring more vehicles than the allotted parking spaces, guests will need to use metered parking nearby.

Any evidence of smoke in the home after check out will be subject to a $300 fine and any guests found to be partaking in illegal drug use while still inhabiting the home will be removed immediately, no refund will be issued and possible legal ramifications will ensue

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Please no food or drink in the bedrooms, guests will be liable to compensate the host for any stains.

It is self-check-in and out with a smart code that will be given a few days before your booking. Guests are required to lock all windows and doors before they depart.

Pets must be approved before entering the home. If pets are brought in without consent from the host there will be a $250 fine and depending on the circumstances all guests may be removed from the property without a refund.

Parties are not allowed under any circumstances unless prior notice and permission is given such as a family gathering, large birthday, significant event, etc. All must be cleared by the host before booking
