This enchanting 2-bedroom, 3-bathroom home comfortably sleeps six guests and welcomes your furry friends. Nestled amidst towering trees, Calming Tree House offers unparalleled privacy and the soothing sounds of a nearby rushing creek.

As you enter Calming Tree House on the main level, you'll be greeted by a cozy living room featuring a gas fireplace, perfect for relaxing after a day of adventures. The adjacent dining room and fully stocked kitchen provide all the essentials for preparing and enjoying home-cooked meals. This level also includes a luxurious king bedroom and a full bathroom, ensuring convenience and comfort.

Upstairs, you'll find the second king bedroom, complete with a private bathroom featuring a charming clawfoot tub. This tranquil space is ideal for unwinding and soaking in the peaceful ambiance of the mountains.

The lower level of Calming Tree House offers a second living room with a smart TV, a queen futon sofa and a twin bed for additional sleeping arrangements, and another full bathroom. Music enthusiasts will delight in the music nook, equipped with a piano, inviting you to create beautiful melodies during your stay.

Step outside to the covered, screened-in patio on the main level, where you can lounge on the futon, dine alfresco, and enjoy the serene sounds of nature. The outdoor space is perfect for reading, relaxing, and unwinding after a day of mountain activities. Fire up the gas grill for a delightful barbecue experience in this tranquil setting.

Calming Tree House is ideally located near a plethora of mountain activities, including hiking, scenic drives on the Blue Ridge Parkway, waterfall chasing, whitewater rafting, and river tubing. Explore the charming downtown areas of Sylva, just 15 minutes away, and Waynesville, a short 20-minute drive, where you'll find an array of restaurants, breweries, shops, and more.

Please note that a 4WD vehicle is required to access Calming Tree House, ensuring a safe and smooth journey to your mountain escape.
No smoking inside - If evidence of smoking is found, there will be an immediate charge of no less than $250.00.
All pets must be disclosed. There is a one time $100 pet fee per reservation. There is an automatic charge of ​$250​ ​if an undeclared pet is found in the rental. Please pick up after your pets.
Violations of Maximum Occupancy will result in an additional charge of $75 per extra person, per night plus applicable taxes representing liquidated damages, or eviction of Tenants with no refunds provided.
No parties.
Please be aware that stained linens will incur a $10 per towel charge. Makeup rags are available in the bathrooms as an alternative.
Guest will be required to sign the Property Managements Rental Agreement
