Our beautiful apartment offers everything that makes Westerland: flair and tranquility, urban chic and a pleasant way to the beach.
The ideally designed apartment is centrally and quietly located in the heart of Alt-Westerland. The promenade and the beach can be reached in 5 - 15 minutes on foot. Two people are accommodated very comfortably. A stay of up to four people is possible.
The municipality of Sylt charges a tourist tax:
in the period from May 1st to October 31st in the amount of € 3.20 and in the period from November 1st to April 30th in the amount of € 1.60 per person and day.

Nette Ferienwohnung, netter Vermieter !
Wir haben alles wie beschrieben angetroffen, und die Wohnung ist noch schöner als auf den Fotos ! Sauber, nett, bequem und gut ausgestattet. Perfekt, wenn man sich Fahrräder mietet und die Insel erkunden möchte. Abends dann auf dem Balkon - wunderbar. Danke und gerne wieder!

Zentrale Lage und alles da, was man zum wohnen braucht
Die Wohnung liegt zentral und man ist in 10 Minuten mitten im Zentrum. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden was man braucht und es ist wirklich wohnlich. Alle Fragen wurden vom Vermieter unmittelbar beantwortet und geklärt. Ok, es könnten ein zwei Messer geschliffen oder ausgetauscht werden :-) zum Schneiden von Gemüse u/o Obst aber sonst war es wirklich ein angenehmer Aufenthalt- gerne wieder.

Gerne wieder
Wir waren im Rahmen einer Weiterbildung in Westerland. Waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Vor allen Dingen, dass Sachen wie Spülmittel, Toilettenpapier etc. vorhanden waren. Was in einer Ferienwohnung nicht unbedingt üblich ist. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder buchen. Vielen Dank!

Nette sehr gepflegte Wohnung in zentraler und dennoch ruhiger Lage in Westerland.
In der Wohnung findet man alles vor was zum täglichen Leben nötig ist. Sehr angenehm war auch der Kfz-Stellplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit verbracht.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Ferienwohnung. Die Wohnung ließ keine Wünsche offen. Man konnte sogar auf dem Balkon noch das Rauschen der See hören.

Wunderbar
Wir waren für zehn Tage auf Sylt. In der Ferienwohnung haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist alles da was man braucht und man kann sich wie zu Hause fühlen. Wir empfehlen Sie gerne weiter und würden jederzeit gerne wieder dort "wohnen".

Für Bahnreisende zu empfehlen
Mir hat es sehr gut gefallen. Vom Bahnhof aus sind es ca. 7 Gehminuten. Das Gepäck, das ich vorher geschickt hatte, wurde aufgenommen und in die Wohnung gestellt. Bei mir gab es Probleme mit dem Wohnungstürschloß. Nachdem ich den freundlichen Verm. kontaktiert hatte, wurde es innerhalb fünf Minuten erledigt. Ansonsten Bettwäsche, Handtücher vor Ort, ruhige Lage, neues Badezimmer, gute Betten, gute Ausstattung, auch eine Waschmaschine und einen CD-player, Fön im Bad. Ich habe mich sehr gut erholt!

Ruhige Lage, aber trotzdem sehr zental (5-10 Min. Zu Fuß zum Bahnhof/Innenstadt)
Auf dem Balkon kann man schön gemütlich zu zweit die Sonne genießen (und ggf. Wäsche/Badezeug auf einer kleinen Leine oder einem Wäscheständer aufhängen). Das Bad war sauber und gepflegt und gut ausgestattet (kleine Händehandtücher - Duschtücher sind mitzubringen! -, Fön, Flüssigseife, Waschmaschine + Waschmittel etc.) Das Wohn-/Esszimmer ist geräumig und bietet 2 weitere Schlafplätze (1 Sofa + 1 Einzelbett). Im Schlafzimmer 1 Doppelbett (Laken + Bettbezüge sind mitzubringen!) sowie ein großer Schrank mit ausreichend Bügeln. Vom WoZi geht eine kleine Küche ab, die per Falttür geschlossen werden kann und ein kleines Fenster zum Lüften besitzt. Da wir nicht gekocht haben, kann ich zur Ausstattung nur sagen, dass vermutlich alles da ist, da mir die Küche gut bestückt schien. Es waren auch Mehl, Zucker, Gewürze, Öl etc. und sogar Selter und Tee zum Verbrauch da! Mir war der Wasserkocher zum Teekochen wichtig, den es natürlich auch gab. Kleiner Kritikpunkt: Der relativ kleine Fernseher bietet leider keine Privatsender, sodass das Fußball-WM-Quali-Spiel leider nicht gesehen werden konnte. (Aber man fährt ja nicht zum Fernsehen in den Urlaub!) Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr nett! Fragen wurden schnell und freundlich beantwortet. Wir würden wieder buchen und können die Wohnung für 2-3 Personen empfehlen.

Appartement très bien situé, dans un quartier calme et proche du centre de Westerland. Intérieur très propre, bien équipé avec une terrasse ensoleillée. Excellent séjour!

Zentral und ruhig
Zentral und dennoch ruhig gelegenes Appartement, nur 7 Gehminuten von Bahnhof Westerland und Zentrum entfernt. Großer Südbalkon mit Blick über die Dächer Westerlands. Einfache, saubere und gemütliche Einrichtung, neues Badezimmer sowie neue, sehr bequeme Betten. Die Küche ist einfach aber sehr gut ausgestattet. Gut gefallen hat uns auch, dass der Vermieter den Verbrauch aller vorhandenen Lebensmittel anbietet. Sehr netter und zuvorkommender Vermieter, der stets für Rückfragen zur Verfügung stand. Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen, das Appartement können wir sehr empfehlen.
