The Beach Hus, with approximately 70 m² of living space, spans the ground and basement levels and features three stylishly furnished rooms that invite relaxation and enjoyment. On the ground floor, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances such as a Nespresso coffee machine, an oven, and an induction hob. Here, you can unleash your culinary skills and prepare delicious meals. The living area impresses with an inviting dining area, a cozy sofa, and a smart TV for relaxing evenings. Enjoy the fresh Sylt breeze on your private loggia.
In the basement of Beach Hus, two charming bedrooms await you with comfortable beds for a restful sleep. The modern bathroom features a spacious shower for refreshing moments. The house community has access to a washing machine and a dryer.
You can park your car in the nearby public parking lot. Your private entrance ensures absolute privacy and independence. Just a few minutes' walk away, you'll find Friedrichstrasse with its diverse shopping options and the endless sandy beach, inviting you to extensive walks.

To immediately get into the holiday mood, a cozy nest awaits you upon arrival: The beds are freshly made for you, and you receive two towels, two bath towels, a bath mat, and a kitchen towel per person. For this, we charge a fee of €25 per person (excluding children under 3 years). For good health: For hygienic reasons, the linen packages are mandatory when booking.
We also want to inform you: A tourist tax is levied for adult guests on the island of Sylt. We will charge you the tax with your booking and pay it directly to the municipality—your guest cards will be in your holiday home upon arrival. For your booking, we charge a fee of €29.
